Explore fluidity, grace, and strength through this ancient and sensuous dance form developed in the Middle East. The fundamentals of posture, isolations, steps and accents of belly dance are stressed.

As a teacher, I strive to create a dance atmosphere that is fun and relaxing. Please wear comfortable clothing. Shoes are optional for both style of dances. You are not required to bring anything to class regarding props that may be used, I will provide them as necessary. Water bottles are welcomed along with your smile and willingness to have some fun.
