Bollywood For Fun as a troupe has an underlying nature of silliness, goofiness, and positivity when we are both back stage and on stage. On stage, we add a soupçon of professionalism and polish, but still, we smile the biggest smiles ’cause underneath it all, we are having a blast.

Although this job can have many moments of last minute adapting to changes in schedule, layout of the dance area available to us, dancers available to perform, and more, we always keep in mind how much we love doing it!

SO please-click  on through to  our flickr page and enjoy some of our fun moments of 2014!

We’ll be part of a fully packed showcase of wonderful performances at Saturday evening’s Ottawa Telugu Association Diwali celebration! Hope to see you there!

Happy Diwali

Just  quick visit into our backstage lives! A few of the gang assembled chez moi, Halyma, to start working on our newest group costumes!

And while many of us were sewing, when there was nothing for two of the ladies to do, Farasha and Tiana did the bestest thing ever – they organized our DVD collection which was daunting in the extreme for me and my Hubby to tackle after having moved into the new place a month ago and then immediately going camping!

So here are a few shots of the gang at our first Sewing BEE! There will be a few more before we showcase these fabulous outfits at Cine-Musique and the Topkapi Cruise! See our Upcoming Shows page for details!
